How do I feel about being an OctaFX Champion? The answer is simple - I feel very, very good! I got a message from my friend telling me about the contest, so I took part in it. And no, it wasn’t taking all my time. I may join the next round as well. I trade with all the knowledge I’ve ever gained and all the attention I can fix at the moment. That’s my main success key. To be honest, the profit I got in this contest was my most spectacular gain ever. It takes a long time to become a truly successful trader, maybe from 3 to 5 years. So we all have to learn, me too.

2nd place: Mr. Salamet from Indonesia

It’s nice to win even if it’s just the second place! Trading is a pleasure for me, so I simply take a moment to analyze and enter the market, that’s how I trade. I know it’s just the beginning of my success, therefore I’ll go on and join every new round of this contest in the future. I’m certainly not going to stop here. The key to success is knowledge, so I always use the knowledge that I learn from various sources. In this contest I just followed the trend and did my best. I always act carefully in order to minimize losses and maximize the opportunities, so I experience no major losses. It all depends on the efforts of an individual, but you may need to have a reliable mentor as well. According to my experience, to become the best trader possible, it can take more than five years.

3rd place: Mr. Pham Phu Qui from Vietnam

I have a little regret to just win the 3rd place after a long lead. But… whatever. I still earned a small prize. I'd like to participate in the other contests too, I feel the thrill of the race now! I think I'm more enthusiastic than everyone else, so I guess it’s a benefit for a trader. My strategy combination is technical + fundamental analysis. Ironically, my most spectacular gain and the most considerable loss happened at last day of the contest.
