Octa drives community empowerment in Nigeria

For a long time, a local community in Kanke, Nigeria, has struggled with a severe water shortage, relying on just three wells to meet all their everyday needs. Joining forces with our partner, charity activist and influencer AsherKine, Octa drilled a much-needed borehole, providing the people of Kanke with reliable access to clean and safe water. This initiative will have a lasting positive impact on the local population's quality of life—the change we always try to achieve with our charity projects.

Our efforts in Kwaikong were centred on providing local students with the opportunities and resources they need to succeed. We funded the scholarships awarded to the top-performing students in LEA Primary School, Kwaikong, ensuring their secondary education continues without financial hurdles. Octa also provided essential school supplies and helped renovate classrooms to create a more conducive learning environment.

With these two initiatives in Nigeria, we continue with our mission to help build a better future for local communities through sustainable and impactful interventions.
