Providing modern computers to Indian students

Community Action for Rural Development (CARD) is a foundation aimed at alleviating poverty through education, health, and environmental development. Thanks to their timely assistance, local facilities receive financial and educational support needed to improve quality of life of the local community.

In May 2023, we sponsored purchasing and delivering fifteen modern computers in a move initiated by CARD. The foundation chose the Sita Rajaram Public School, a quality secondary education facility in Tamil Nadu where over two hundred students used outdated computers.

'We are very grateful for the contribution Octa made to advance education in the rural area of Tamil Nadu. Sita Rajaram Public School's computer lab will help dozens of students learn the necessary skills they will certainly need in their adult life,' said Mrs J. Gayathri Devi, the principal of Sita Rajaram Public School.

Giving students the most up-to-date equipment is essential to their professional development. We hope this contribution will help the students achieve their desired results in life.
