Nasdaq-100 Index (NAS100)
One of the largest stock market indices. The distinguishing thing about NASDAQ is that it does not include financial corporations. It shows an almost perfect positive correlation with US30 and SPX500—a great opening for reverse trading. No dealing desk (NDD)
Is a foreign exchange trading that provides access to interbank market. Unlike a market maker, a broker using no dealing desk system automatically offsets positions with interbank. An NDD broker has multiple liquidity providers in order to get the most competitive bid and ask prices. -
Noise
Fluctuations in the market price that could hinder and confuse one's interpretation of the market conditions. The smaller the time frame chosen for analysis, the more noise will occur. -
Non-convertible currency
A currency used only for domestic purposes and not openly traded on the Forex market due to government regulations. Also, Blocked Currency. -
Nonfarm payrolls (NFP)
The total number of paid U.S. workers, excluding government employees, private household employees, non-profit organization employees, and farm employees. The report is researched, recorded, and reported by the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics. This report can be classified as the fundamental news information with the highest impact on the financial markets following the Global Financial Crisis. The data is released every first Friday of the month. -
North American session
Is the trading session that opens at 14.00 EET (15.00 EEST) and closes at 23.00 EET (00.00 EEST). It is is dominated by U.S. transactions, with contributive trades coming from Canada, Mexico, and South America. -
NZD
The currency code for the New Zealand dollar.
