Chinese Foreign Ministry: China and US are not having any negotiations on tariffs

Commenting on the trade talks with the United States (US), China's Foreign Ministry clarified that “China and the US are not having any consultations or negotiations on tariffs.”

When asked on tariff exemptions on some US goods, the Foreign Ministry spokesperson said that “i'm not familiar with specifics, i refer you to competent authorities.”
