Deutsche Bank shares jumped after unconfirmed reports it's near $5.4bn US DOJ settlement

According to AFP citing unnamed sources, Deutsche Bank is near to reach $5.4 billion settlement with the US Department of Justice. Other newswires aren't confirming those reports at the moment.
